Meeting

Typically, when a client has engaged our services, we first meet with their point of contact. The purpose of this meeting is to get an understanding of the environment, culture, and other personalities the new hire will be working with. We do this to ensure we find the right fit for both our clients and our employees.

Recruitment Strategy

Additionally, our HR Director is made aware of the need and is provided with a scope of work and job duties write-up. We utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including online job placement portals, job fairs, and engagement with trade organizations and higher education recruitment offices.​

Ensuring Quality Hires

Once applicants have been identified, courtesy copies of their resumes are provided to our client for review. When applicants are selected for employment, they first must pass a background check as well as drug screening.​

Welcome Aboard

Once successful results are received, applicants are formally hired and on-boarded.
